At Eliya Atelier, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customized or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To start a return, please contact us at eliyaa.atelier@gmail.com before sending your item back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
Exchanges for Sizing
If your bracelet or ring sizing is incorrect, we may offer an exchange or resizing depending on the design.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to size exchanges, including return shipping and reshipping fees.
Please make sure to carefully review sizing details before placing your order. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
Exceptions / Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Customized or personalized orders
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Final Sale items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
