All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Please note that custom orders or made-to-order pieces may require additional time depending on the design and order volume.

During collection launches, holidays, and busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within Canada 🇨🇦

Orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post with tracking.

Estimated delivery time:
2–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping to the United States 🇺🇸

US orders are also shipped via Canada Post with tracking.

Estimated delivery time:
4–8 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Shipping Delays & Incorrect Addresses

Eliya Atelier is not responsible for shipping delays caused by Canada Post, customs, weather conditions, or carrier issues once the package has been shipped.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
